Jiu Jitsu is a martial art and fighting technique that is designed to help people of any size defend themselves. It’s also a terrific way to get in shape and reap the health benefits of martial arts. This class requires the use of a Gi or Kimono uniform. Trial uniforms are available for students to try this class out. Gi's can be purchased from us or online!
